Continue through the lounge and you gain access onto one of the covered terraces, furnished with sofas, a coffee table and a large outside dining area. From this terrace you also have access to the garden and heated pool. From the lounge you go through to the separate dining room, elegantly furnished with leather covered dining chairs and a dining table which also features a convenient serving marble top hatch through to the large, well-equipped kitchen.

Bedroom 1: furnished with twin beds (can be fixed together to form a queen size) and benefits from a remote controlled ceiling fan, an A/C unit and a wall radiator for winter months.

A particularly convenient feature is the large size covered terrace which is furnished with a table and chairs, a hanging chair and offers wonderful views over the surrounding area and down to the garden, pool and sea.

Bedroom 4: fitted with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, A/C unit, a remote-controlled ceiling fan and an electric radiator.

The second bathroom is located on this floor and is shared between Bedrooms 3 & 4, fitted with a separate bidet unit, a bath tub with shower head and toilet unit.

Bedroom 5: fitted with a luxurious king size bed and also benefits from fitted wardrobes, A/C unit and a fitted radiator. This bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom and a balcony with nice westerly mountain views.
