Do you want to spend the best holidays 100 meters from the sea? Meet Casa Benamara, our accommodation on the Costa del Sol.  Close to all services this apartment is prepared for 4 guests who want to spend wonderful days with the tranquility of a gated community.

Casa Benamara is indicated both for the hot summer days, and for the beautiful winter days, since its location makes this place an enclave site.  The house has all the appliances, bedding, appliances, furniture, as if you were in your own home.  A master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two bunk beds, convertible into two single beds.  A full bathroom to share both rooms, with a modern and spacious shower plus a window to air the bathroom.  The living room is fully equipped, a large sofa, a small table, television, and a small dining table.  The modern style kitchen open to the living room and with direct access to the private terrace on the ground floor.  The entire apartment has been renovated in June 2019, and all furniture and furnishings are completely new, from the same date that the work was completed.  The terrace has a chill area and the laundry area, designed so that, when you put a washing machine, you do not have to hear the noise of the machine inside the house.  The house has a hot and cold air conditioning machine, although it is not necessary since, the area in which Casa Benamara is located, allows in the middle of August to be cool without air conditioning on.  There is fast fiber optic Internet connection, designed for the most hardworking, or, those who prefer to watch Internet TV, which includes Apps such as Netflix, HBO, Movistar ....

The accommodation is located in a gated community, with common areas such as the swimming pool, open all year, and a chiringuito-bar within the pool area.  You will live like in a hotel.  The urbanization has an outdoor parking, in addition to having parking on the street at the door of the house.  The urbanization is very quiet, no noise in the surroundings, and the best, which is 100 meters from the sea, specifically, walking 3 minutes.

Area

Around our accommodation you can find all kinds of services, for example, at 50 meters you can buy food in a supermarket, where they sell products both here and abroad.  If we go 100 meters, we can walk to an area full of restaurants of all kinds (Chinese, Spanish, English, Indian ...), plus a Pub, pharmacy, banks, and most importantly, you can find a bus stop 2 minutes walk.

The accommodation is situated between Marbella and Estepona, more commonly known as La Nueva Milla de Oro.  So, if you decide to go out for a drink, you will have at hand two of the most famous towns of Malaga, Estepona and Marbella.
