Lovely 3 bed ground floor apartment currently used as an office but easily converted back to a family apartment with a new kitchen to be installed to make this apartment a lovely beach side residence just walking distance to all the shops and the Boulevard and a few moments stroll to the beach and paseo taking you to Puerto Banus and further onto Marbella.
